1 VAT at the current rate of 20% is chargeable by law on the total cost of goods and carriage.
2 Prices are all subject to revision without notice. All items offered subject to availability.
3 No warranty is given or implied that any particular item we offer is fit for any particular purpose. As we have no control over the way our products are used, customers must ascertain for themselves that an item is suitable for the intended purpose. Our liability is in any event strictly limited to the invoiced value if the item concerned.
4 Our policy is one of constant development and improvement. We reserve the right to make changes to specification of any product at any time without notice.

 Due to the nature of some of our products being slightly above or below an exact measurement (eg. mouldings), we reserve the right to increase/reduce the product cost by +/-5%

ACCOUNTS
We are happy to open credit accounts for regular customers subject to satisfactory references. An application form is available on request.

 
  CLAIMS
We can only allow credit for damaged goods if you have acknowledged the damage on the carriers delivery note and advised us in writing within seven days of receiving the goods.
  TITLE
Goods received from us will remain the property of this company until paid for in full. In the event of non-payment we reserve the right to enter your premises and repossess the goods. Scottish Jurisdiction applies.
